I just used the Vega sport performance Optimizer today before my workout. I found that it was o.k.
•	taste is kind of yucky, but not too much to drink so I downed it. Before I started exercising.
•	During stretch felt awake and stretches felt so good.
•	during intense exercise felt some muscles kinking and heartburn.
•	cool down and stretching again really good.
•	during Ab workout I found it help with the reps.
This is the first time I have used a plant based product. So I don't know if the others on the market are worst tasting.I just found it something I couldn't drink slowly.
It's been three hour since I excercise and I don't have any muscle soreness and I still feel like it enhances my mental focus today.
Hope this helps in some way.

I use many Vega products since they are

a vegan
b Canadian
c no art. crap like sucralose

I have tried many things and Vega seems to be the best in most of them. I start my day with a Vega Smoothie, use Vega Sport Optimizer before the gym and Vega Sport Protein after and I also use Vega Complete Whole Health Optimizer meal replacement a few times a week as well. Its so nice to deal with a company that cares about delivering a quality product.
