I&#039;ve become increasingly frustrated with the growing mentality in this country of &quot;I want to eat whatever I want, not move unless it&#039;s absolutely necessary and take a pill to make me look like a fitness model.&quot;  What people don&#039;t realize, like you said, is it is not that difficult to live a healthy lifestyle.  It does take a bit more work and planning, but it sure beats sitting on the couch!]]></description>
