Shirley, there are so many great looking "unrecipes" on Go Ahead Honey I have some work to do!
Thanks on the site redesign :) I am in debt to those much smarter than me who make these themes fairly easy to customize.

Yes! A charity event is forthcoming. I thought I was going to do the 31 mile ride, but as I did 43 miles yesterday I think the 62 miles is completely doable. Our immediate family has been impacted by cancer, as have so many other families around the world. Any little part I can do is well worth the effort.

LOL Melissa! I see no other reason to do anything other than dump and throw, for the most part ;). Which is why I will never be a pastry chef. It is really delicious though, and so easy to "throw" together at the beginning of a busy day to have a delicious meal at the end of it!

Love this unrecipe, Erin! Really great flavors and so simple! :-) Thanks for linking to the Go Ahead Honey event, too--much appreciated, dear.

And a charity bike ride already? You are amazing!

Kudos on your site redesign, and yes, give up that perfectionism a bit. We'd like to see more of you! :-)

I'm crazy about your "not really a recipe recipes." Oh, and cooking instructions that start with the word "dump" are my kind of instructions. Especially when they follow-up with "throw." I just love you! And this dish of yours sound easy and delicious. Absolutely perfect.
