Hi Walter,
That's the idea :) Make it simple, and then following thru should be a bit easier. Implementation and action is always the key though!

Sounds pretty simple but in reality it is hard to implement. However, if one really aims for change, nothing is impossible. :-)

Great list! I'm the queen of research, so that one hit home! I totally over-analyze things, often with the result of reading and not doing.
Happy New Year! The best to you in 2010!

Hey, Erin! Great post! I daresay that many of us are the "paralysis by analysis" types. I always strive to "just do it," but vow to be more so in 2010! Thank you for all the good advice, dear!

I like to make good/fun resolutions...not the usual "eat more healthy foods, exercise more, etc." I like to find resolutions that I actually want to continue throughout the year. I usually don't write them down/keep track of them. I just like to think about the past year and how I can improve. My #1 resolution is to enjoy my neighborhood more. I moved here in July and still go out in my old neighborhood...I haven't ventured out and about too much in my new one. So that's something I want to fulfill! And also run either a 1/2 or full marathon.
But, yeah resolutions don't need to be made just for the new year! I like the nike slogan too!!
