Hey Erin,

Sorry I missed your NFCA webinar. I unfortunately had a schedule conflict. But I read through the PDF of the slides, and it looked great! Thanks for helping to spread and share your knowledge for athletes! The big race is tomorrow morning...I'm so ready to race! Enough preparation, let the games begin!

Cheers, Pete

Kim,
I know, I was sitting here laughing, almost crying because I could SO relate. So sorry to hear about your miscarriages, I can only imagine how difficult that must have been. I hesitated a bit to mention my own issues, everyone has their own challenges and I certainly didn't want it to be "TMI" but I think there are many others out there who can relate and appreciate that they are far from alone.
Welcome to the club, sista! :)

Erin, once again another great collection of information here! Thanks for putting this all together! I especially appreciated your link to "I'm Not Old, I'm 37". I am 37 and although I do not have ovarian insufficiency, I know my body was really screwed up for a while before I went gluten free and started eating the way I do now. I had one miscarriage before my first son and the 3 more miscarriages before my second. Now I know I am in a much better place, but that post had me cracking up and I wondering if I am in perimenopause as well.
Great post, my friend!
xo
